During winters, washing your face with milk or milk-based cleansers is the best thing that you can do for your skin health.

2. Exfoliate The Skin Alternatively

Exfoliation is an essential thing to do during winters to remove the dead and flaky skin. Notably, you should do it gently and on alternative days. To carry out the exfoliation, you should use a gentle or homemade scrub inclusive of oats or coffee seeds mixed with coconut oil or milk.

3. Prefer Regular Skin Massage

To prepare a face mask, you can add a finely mashed banana with one tablespoon of honey or curd, along with a few drops of almond oil. Mix all these ingredients gently till the mixture become flabby. After it, apply the mixture onto your face and keep that till it gets dry. Following this, rinse the face with lukewarm water and apply moisturizer.
